- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, if you are paying by credit card you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- Can I pay without a credit card?
Yes, if you don't have a credit card, or would prefer not to use it, you can link a bank account to your Paypal account and pay using Direct Bank Transfer.
- Can I still place an order without a credit card or Paypal account?
Yes, if you prefer to pay via cheque or direct bank deposit simply download our order form (left hand side of this page) fill it in and send it back to us. However no orders will be sent out until payment has been received in full.
- Are you prices wholesale or retail?
All the prices on our website are wholesale only, we only market to and accept payment from businesses. We include on each item the the wholesale cost and the r.r.p price. All of our products allow for around 300% mark up for shops. For example: 10 Small photo cards are $8.50 to purchase including envelopes & packaging sleeves, that's only 85 cents per card. The retailer can then on sell them for $2.50 per card.
- How prompt is your delivery?
We guarantee that all orders are sent between 1 & 3 business days after payment has been received. All our orders are sent via Express Post, this ensures that your order arrives as promptly as possible and we are able to track your order until it arrives. The Express Post bags are sealed, water proof bags to minimise any damage in transit.
- What is the quality of your product?
Our Gift Cards are printed on high quality recycled card, we value the importance of the caring for the environment but don't believe in compromising the quality of our cards.
- What is your refund policy?
At Pink Blossom Tree we value customer satisfaction, if for some reason you are not happy with our product we have a few steps for you to follow: 1. Simply email info@pinkblossomtree.com to notify us that there is a problem with your order. 2. If your goods have been damaged in transit we will arrange a replacement order once the original order has been sent back to us. You will be reimbursed the postal/courier charge for damaged goods. 3. We will only refund for change of mind if the cards are sent back to us in a water proof sealed bag, with the cards still in original undamaged condition. Please use a postal bag with a parcel tracking system. Your postage cost will not be reimbursed.
