What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners & PayPal.

If you live in Australia and wish to pay Direct Bank Deposit, simply order via our Order Form. This only includes the products listed on the order form.

How prompt is your delivery?

Our wholesale cards & card stands will be sent 1 - 3 days after payment or proof of payment has been received. We use Express Post Satchels through Australia Post.

For customised design please allow at least 2 weeks for the design and printing.

Are our prices wholesale or retail?

Our cards & card display stands are for wholesale only.

Can I customise my own gift cards or postcards?

Yes you can. We can design customised work including personalised cards with business logos and details. 

What is your refund policy?

If for some reason you are not happy with our product please email us at info@pinkblossomtree.com.

If your product has arrived damaged, we will replace the goods at no charge. However we will request the damaged stock to be returned at our cost. (This applies for goods sent through the postal network)

Digital files cannot be refunded.
